All figures come from USAC Open Data via the Socrata API (https://opendata.usac.org/resource/<id>.json). Nothing is estimated.

Caveats
- "Open" Form 470: the dataset has no bid-due date. We list certified (not canceled) Form 470s for the current funding year (FY2027) and show the allowable contract date (earliest date the applicant may sign). Check the RFP/Form for the actual deadline.
- Early in the filing season there are few FY2027 470s; counts will grow with the nightly refresh.
- Past winning providers = SPIN name on Form 471 FRNs with status "Funded". The dollar figure is the funding requested on those FRNs, not the final commitment or disbursement.
- Contract expirations use the extended expiration date when present, else the contract expiration date reported on Form 471; Funded FRNs plus Pending FRNs from the last two funding years. Applicant-reported, not verified. Some FRNs (e.g. month-to-month or tariffed services) have no date.
- C2 budget amounts are pre-discount per USAC's C2 Budget Tool; "Forecast"/"Preliminary" versions may change. Pending appeals and Form 500s are not captured.
- Only entities typed "School District" are included; libraries, individual schools and consortia are out of scope in this prototype. Consortium-filed requests for a district may not appear under it.
